How long is the promotional offer valid for?
The three-month limited term subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals is valid for users who purchase their eligible device and claim their Offer Voucher Code prior to October 31, 2021.
After registering your ConceptD PC users can visit My Products to claim their unique Offer Voucher Code which can be redeemed for a three-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals. Users must create an account with Adobe and accept the Adobe Terms of Use to be eligible for the Offer.
Which countries/regions are eligible for the promotion?

Which Acer devices are eligible for the promotion?
All new ConceptD PCs purchased between June 1, 2019 and October 31, 2021.
If I purchased multiple promotion-eligible devices, can I redeem the same offer multiple times?
Yes, if a user is eligible to receive more than one Offer Voucher Code. Only one (1) Offer Voucher Code will be provided for each eligible ConceptD PC. In the event a user purchases multiple eligible devices and attempts to redeem multiple Offer Voucher Codes, Adobe or its fulfillment agent may request proof of purchase of the additional qualified devices. If the requested proof of purchase is not provided, Adobe or its fulfillment agent reserves the right not to link the user to the fulfillment page or terminate the subscription at any time.
If I already have an existing Adobe account do I need to create a new one to be eligible for this offer?
No, you may use an existing Adobe account to redeem the offer.
If I already have an existing Adobe Creative Cloud subscription am I still eligible for the promotion?
Yes, if you already have an existing subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps, an additional three months will be added to your current subscription. If you have another Creative Cloud subscription that is not for All Apps (such as for an individual app or the photography plan) then your complementary three-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps will run concurrently with that subscription.
If I am also eligible for another Creative Cloud All Apps offer, can I still redeem this one?
Yes, if you are eligible for the Offer then it can be redeemed in addition to any previously redeemed offers for Creative Cloud.
When is the last day to redeem my Offer Voucher Code?
Codes must be redeemed no later than the date stated under My Products when you receive the Offer Voucher Code.

How do I redeem the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, 3-Month Offer?
Customers who purchased a ConceptD PC are eligible for the offer. Simply register your device to receive a unique Offer Voucher Code for this exclusive offer. Use the instructions below to register your product to receive the free offer.
- Register your device at https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/register-product. If your product was automatically registered when you started your device for the first-time, you may check out your product registration by logging into acer.com and checking out My Products directly.)
- Go to My Products to receive your Offer Voucher Code for your Adobe Creative Cloud 3-month subscription.
- Once you receive your Offer Voucher Code you may redeem it on Adobe's Redemption Website at http://www.adobepartneroffer.com/GO
- Once you have redeemed the Offer Voucher Code from the Adobe Redemption Website you will be guided to create an Adobe account* (or sign into an existing account) and download the Creative Cloud apps.
Note: The user must agree to Adobe's Terms of Use to create an Adobe account and be eligible for the offer.
When the promotion ends
What happens when the three-month subscription ends?
At the end of the three-month subscription term, users may continue to access Adobe Creative Cloud by purchasing a subscription at the current price. If you do not renew your subscription then it is considered cancelled. Please see Adobe's website at: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html for more information.
If you are an existing Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber there is a way of getting a FREE 90 days added to your account potentially worth up to £150 if you are an all access subscriber!
I accidentally stumbled upon this method when a client asked me to help her cancel her subscription due to her taking a year out and ultimately wouldn't be making any use of her £49 a month commitment.
To get your free 90 days you do need to hold your nerve slightly but I have tried it on more than one occasion now and it does work every time!
So simply follow these steps and you will be able to enjoy Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and all the other apps completely for FREE for nearly 3 months!
The first thing we are going to do is go to Adobe.com and login to your Adobe Creative Cloud account, this has to be through their website and not through the Creative Cloud App on your computer.

So here we have it the magic page! If you have held your nerve this far you will now still get the option to continue your plan but with 90 days at no charge! As long as your billing is not due in the next 48 hours you will not be charged for just over 3 months! Obviously at this point you can click ‘Keep my plan' and it will go back to your account page with the 90 days credit added.
After the 90 days it will revert back to your normal billing cycle, although we could give it a few months after that and try this method again you never know it may reset itself!?
